INTRODUCTION

WP GDPR Pro is a WordPress GDPR plugin to make website GDPR compliance. Users can submit various requests using DPO forms and Admin can manage all requests in the backend. This GDPR plugin covers cookies consent, delete my account form, request data form, erasure data form and data breach notifications.

PLUGIN INSTALLATION

How to install WP GDPR plugin in wordpress -Step by Step:

GENERAL SETTING

  • Go to WP post pro ,Click on General setting
  • Enable Cookie Popup : Tick to display cookie usage popup on frontend.

  • Header Image For Popup : Choose Upload image with transparent background. Displayed when popup position is center.

  • Popup Heading : Please insert heading for cookie Concern Popup.

  • Popup Content : Please insert popup content message for site visitors.

  • Cookie Usage Deny Action : Please select action to perform when user denies to accept cookie concerned T&C.

  • Redirect Site URL : Visitor will be redirect to above url if he/she do not accept the cookie concerned T&C.

  • Choose to select Popup Template

COOKIES POPUP UI SETTING

  • Customize Cookie Popup UI : Tick to insert display customization changes on cookie popup.

  • Popup Background / Overlay Color : Choose background color for popup overlay / bar.

  • Overlay Background Opacity : Tick to set overlay background opacity between 0 to 1.

  • Popup Form Background Color : Choose Background Color For Popup Form.

  • Popup Form Background Color Hover : Choose Background Color For Popup Form On Hover.

  • Popup Background Opacity : Set popup background opacity between 0 to 1.

  • Popup Text Color : Choose color for popup text.

  • Popup Text Hover Color : Choose text hover color for popup.

  • Button Background Color : Choose Button Background Color.

  • Button Text Color : Button Text Color.

  • Button Background Color Hover : Select button background color hover.

  • Button Text Color Hover : Button Text Color Hover.

  • Link Color : Select link Color.

  • Link Color Hover : Select link Color Hover.

  • Popup Custom CSS : Insert CSS for popup.

SETUP MANDATORY PAGES

  • Select Privacy Center Page : Select privacy center page for your website.

  • Select Cookie Policy Page : Select cookie policy page for your website.

  • Select Privacy Policy Page : Select privacy policy page for your website.

  • Select Terms & Condition Page : Select terms and condition page for your website.

  • Select Imprint Page : Select one page having imprint imprint information about your website.

  • Select Disclaimer Page : Select a discalimer page for your website.

USERS PRIVACY CENTER PAGE

  • Select Blocks To Display : Tick to select blocks to display.

  • Open Pages Links In New Tab : Enable this checkbox to open links of user privacy page block links in new tabs.

APPERANCE SETTINGS FOR GDPR FORMS

  • Customize UI For Forms : Tick to customize user privacy center page.

  • User Privacy Page Color Theme : Choose color for the icons and modal window.

  • User Privacy Page Links Color : Choose font color for the buttons.

  • Use Predefined Color Schema : Tick to Use predefined color schema.

  • Choose Color Schema : Select color schema

  • Custom CSS : Insert custom css for popup control.

  • Choose Fontawesome Icon : Please choose fontawesome icon class for general request block.

  • Popup Heading : Please enter heading for general request block.

  • Block Content : Please Enter Block Content For General Request Block.

  • Button Label : Please Enter Button Label For General Request Block.

  • Popup Heading : Please Enter Heading For General Request Popup Form.

  • Popup Button Label : Please Enter Label For General Request Popup Form.

ERASE DATA BLOCK & FORM SETTING

  • Choose Fontawesome Icon : Please choose fontawesome icon class for erase request block.

  • Popup Heading : Please Enter Heading For Erase Data Request Block.

  • Block Content : Please Enter Block Content For Erase Data Request Block.

  • Button Label : Please Enter Button Label For Erase Data Request Block.

  • Popup Heading : Please Enter Heading For Erase Data Request Popup Form.

  • Popup Button Label : Please Enter Label For Erase Data Request Popup Form.

DELETE ACCOUNTS BLOCK & FORM SETTING

  • Choose Fontawesome Icon : Please choose fontawesome icon class for delete request block.

  • Button Label : Please Enter Button Label For delete Data Request Block.

DARA ACCESS BLOCK & FORM SETTINGS

  • Choose Fontawesome Icon : Please choose fontawesome icon class for data Access request block.

  • Popup Heading : Please Enter Heading For data Access Request Block.

  • Block Content : Please Enter Block Content For data Access Request Block.

  • Button Label : Please Enter Button Label For data Access Request Block.

  • Popup Heading : Please Enter Heading For data Access Request Popup Form.

  • Popup Button Label : Please Enter Label For data Access Request Popup Form.

MANAGE FORM NOTIFICATION MESSAGE

  • Manage Messages : Insert Manage notification message of different forms on frontend.

  • Data Request Success Message : Insert Success Message When User Submits Data Requests Form Successfully.

  • Data Request Duplicate Request Error Message : Error Message For Data Request Duplicate Request By User.

  • Data Erase Request Success Message : Success Message When User Submits Data Erase Request Form Successfully.

  • Data Erase Duplicate Request Error Message : Error Message For Data Erase Duplicate Request.

  • General Request Submit Success Message : Success Message When User Submits General Enquiry DPO Form Successfully.

Click on save setting

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA FORM SECURITY SETTINGS

  • Go to WP post pro ,Click on Google Recaptcha Form Security Settings

  • Enable Recaptcha Form Security : Enable Google Recaptcha Security On All Forms.
    • Site Key : Insert Site Key.

    • Secret Key : Insert Secret Key.

    Click on save setting

    EMAIL BODY CONTENT SETTINGS FOR USER

    • Go to WP post pro ,Click on Email Body Content Settings For User
    • Personal Data Access Request Verification Email : Insert to send to user when user submits data access form from frontend.

    • Personal Data Access Request Confirmation Email : Insert to send to user after admin has processed user’s data request from backend.

    • Information Delete Request Verification Email : Insert to send to user when user initiates a requests to delete all his information from your website from frontend.

    • Information Delete Request Confirmation Email : Insert to send to user as confirmation email that all the information associated with his/her account has been deleted on the website.

    • General Request By User : Insert to send to user to verifying his/her account before actully generating a general query. This email contains a confirmation link.

    • Account Delete Request By User : Insert to send to user to verifying his/her account before actully generating a real delete account request.

    • Post Account Delete Acknoledgement Email : Insert to send to user after user’s account deletion request has been processed successfully by the admin.

    Click on save email content

    EMAIL BODY CONTENT SETTINGS FOR ADMINISTRATOR NOTIFICATION EMAILS

    • Go to WP post pro ,Click on Email Body Content Settings For Administrator Notification Emails
    • New General Request : Insert to send to admin when user verifies general enquiry request from his/her verified email address.

    • New Account Delete Request : Insert to send to admin when user verifies delete account request from his/her verified email address.

    • New User Data Export Request : Insert to send to admin when user verifies data export request from his/her verified email address.

    • New User Data Erase Request : Insert to send to admin when user verifies data erase request from his/her verified email address.

    Click on save email content

    DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION

    • Go to WP post pro ,Click on Data Breach Notification
    • Mail format : Choose email format.

    • Email Subject * : Insert email subject here.

    • Detailed Email Content * : You can add detailed email about data breach notification to all your website users.

    CHOOSE RECIPIENTS

    • Recipients : Select users roll recipients

    • Choose Role : Select role to send email.

    • Total Emails : Users can add of number of emails to send out.

    • Offset Users : Users can skip number of users if you have already sent email to.

    SENDER SETTINGS

    • From Name : Insert sender name.

    • From Email : Insert sender email.

    • Return Path : Tick to Return Path is used to get non-delivery receipts or bounce messages.

    EMAIL TESTINGS

  • Test Email : Tick to send a copy of the email to yourself before sending out to users.

    • Click on notify user

    CF7 INTEGRATION

  • Go to WP post pro ,Click on CF7 Integration

    • CONTACT FORM

    • Enable GDPR : Tick to apply GDPR on this contact form.

    • GDPR Message *: Insert gdpr message

    • Validation Message * : Insert validation message

    First things you need to inset tag. Insert informational text to your privacy policy GDPR. Click on save button your Contact Form 7 is now GDPR Ready. Copy the shortcode you would then see a GDPR privacy policy display on the site.

    ACCOUNT SETTING

  • Go to WP post pro ,Click on ACCOUNT SETTING

    • WOOCOMMERCE SETTINGS

    • Enable GDPR on Login Page : Tick to apply GDPR on the login page.

    • Message on Login * : Insert gdpr message on Login.

    • Validation Message on Login * : Insert validation message on Login.

    • Enable GDPR on Signup : Tick to apply GDPR on the WooCommerce checkout page.

    • Message on Signup * : Insert gdpr message.

    • Validation Message on Signup * : Insert validation message.

    • Enable GDPR at Checkout : Tick to apply GDPR on the WooCommerce checkout page.

    • Message at Checkout * : Insert gdpr message.

    • Validation Message at Checkout * : Insert validation message.

    FORCE EXISTING USERS TO ACCEPT NEW T&C

    • Force Existing Users : Enable this checkbox to force existing users to accept new terms & conditions.

    • Withdraw Acceptance : Click above button to withdraw term & conditions acceptance from all your existing users.

    Click on notify user

    EXPORT/IMPORT SETTINGS

    • Import Code : Insert code to import settings.

    • Export Code : Copy above export code to migrate gdpr settings from one site to another site.
